Love yourself. These are a few things you can do to feel better every day.
Take care of your body
Make sure you eat healthy, nutritious and delicious food every day. Don’t suffer following boring diets which are hard to keep. Cook your food using the best ingredients, fresh and healthy – you’re worth it! Another thing you can do is exercise. Walk instead of driving (when you can), try to be active whenever possible. Last but not least, it is very important you get enough quality sleep so you recharge your batteries and are ready for the day ahead.
Look after your soul
This has different interpretations for different people. Some will read a book or attend a seminar, others find meditation and praying relaxing and invigorating. Many people go on a trip to feel better, to have a fresh start. You can choose any of these or just do all of them! Anything you do, must feel good and stimulating for your soul.
